As I prepare to take the longest vacation of my life over these next 12 days, I’m reminded of why I put in the hard work every day.
Our journey starts in Mount Charleston, Nevada. There, we’ll be hiking an 11,000 ft summit in honor of Darian’s grandpa who, living his passion to the last, passed while hiking this very mountain. After that, it’s a quick pit-stop in Vegas for 1 night before we fly to San Diego to enjoy some family time. Weather Bug said its 67 degrees in SD vs the 100+ it is here in SA so i’m really looking forward to some good times and cool weather!

The adventure doesn’t stop there. Straight off the back of our family vacation, we’re flying off to the Dominican Republic for a company trip. It’s an overwhelming feeling, this sense of blessing and gratitude for having a career that provides the opportunity to balance quality family time with a chance to celebrate alongside the top performers in my company.
Loving what you do and who you’re with makes every moment worthwhile. Entrepreneurship isn’t always a smooth ride, but instances like these confirm it’s always worth it. Here’s to the balance of hard work and cherishing the fruits of our labor.
